Willows British Tea Room has been operating in beautiful historic downtown Panama City, Florida for over 10 years.  Since June 2009 Willows has been under the ownership of Linda Smith - a British lady with a passion for great tea "made the right way".  The light menu ranges from daily specials including favorites such as Shepherd's Pie and Cornish Pasties, plus delicious home-made soups, made-to-order sandwiches, salads, cakes, and desserts. 
The ultimate dining experience at Willows is Royal Afternoon Tea.  A sumptuous feast of finger sandwiches, followed by a generous array of tasty tea cakes and pastries, topped off with wonderful home-made scones served with preserves and fresh whipped cream.
